  • Does Energy Studio Supply Alkalized/Mineralized Water?

Answer- Yes, we do! It’s very important to us to supply what your body needs daily esp. after a good sweat sesh! We have both in studio from our water fountain as well as Alkalized water for purchase at the front desk! For additional mineralization we offer Trace Minerals supplements at the front desk for purchase!

  • What can I expect after my first workout?

    Answer- To feel like a bad a**, You will SWEAT a ton and feel stronger IN YOUR BODY and MORE ENERGIZED.

  • Does Energy Studio Have showers?

Answer- Yes, we do! We have a unisex shower that is perfect for people in a hurry to get somewhere after they get their sweat on!

  • Are all classes for all levels of training?

Answer- Yes! All of our classes are designed for all levels of training! We will push you and encourage you to train to a new level every class, but we will always offer what your body needs and encourage you to do and take what your body needs! Do not EVER feel weird to take a break or modification in our classes. We are here FOR YOU. TO HELP YOU. We encourage growth, but never growth as a trade off for unnecessary pain.

  • What if I forget my Yoga mat?

No worries!! We have a bunch of yoga mats that you can rent for 4.00 to use in studio!

  • Does Energy offer holistic nutritional plans and Personal Training?

    Yes!! Kaitlyn Sweet is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and loves to help coach one on one or an entire family on nutritional growth and how to meal prep as well as make delicious meals for more than just one person but a whole fam! She has 7 years of background in holistic health & 6 years in pregnancy holistic nutrition. EMAIL her here!! Her & her husband have also CO- AUTHORED “Awakening the Tranquil Warrior”. Kaitlyn and Trenton (the owners) work as a pair or as individual personal trainers, if you are looking for something more personal just ask one of them in studio or hit them up at the email provided above.

  • When should I arrive to class?

Answer- We expect everyone to arrive within 5 minutes of their booked class start time. If you are running late, we will hold your spot for 5 minutes before start time, you are charged a “no show” fee. If this is your first class, please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can show you around and have you signed in!

  • What should I wear to class?

Answer- Wear something you feel good in and something you can SWEAT ALOT IN & MOVE COMFORTABLY.

  • Can I take classes while pregnant?

Answer- Yes of course! We have a background in training pregnant women as well as pregnancy nutrition. We welcome everyone and every point in their life journey, no matter what shape or size. If you have any concerns, come talk to us!

  • Do I need to make an account to book a class?

Answer- Yes you will need to create an account online or in studio so that you can purchase a package, drop-in class or membership! If you have any questions, feel free to email us or give us a call!

  • Do you host private parties, events & workshops?

Answer- Yes, we do!! We love to host them and have them for you guys! It is so much fun for us to bring the energy to a bridal party, birthday party, private training, work gathering or a workshop in studio!! Message us if you ever want to book something privately!

  • What if I show up late to class or No Show?

Answer- If you show up to class you will have your spot saved for 5 minutes after class starts, this is only good for 3 late shows. After the 3rd late show your account will be charged for a “No Show” which is the full price of 22.00.

If you are to “No show” a class, out of respect for our instructors as well as our other members you will be charged the full class credit or amount of 22.00 to your account without any refunds.

When can I cancel a class to avoid charges?

Answer- If you cancel within 12 hours of your class you will be charged 10.00 for holding class spot. If you cancel with in 24 hours of your class, you will not be charged. If you “No Show” a class, you will be charged the full amount of 22.00. These charges are nonrefundable.

How does the Energy waitlist work?

Answer- We have a max limit on each class in studio so that we can offer the most out of our training as well as the most comfortable space for YOU. If the class is at its max limit, you will be placed on our waitlist, on our waitlist if a member or customer drops their class you will have the opportunity to join the class. You will also be able to see on your account what number you are on the waitlist! You will not be charged or have a credit taken on our waitlist, only when you have secured your spot in class will you be charged or have your credit spent.

  • Can I purchase Supplements, your book, & apparel in studio?

Answer- YES, WE WOULD LOVE THAT! We have a handful of our personal favorite supplements that we have been using for years! We have done max detailed research on every supplement we carry to make sure it’s the BEST for our people!! We want the best health we can offer for you holistically.

Energy Apparel is available in our boutique are, we have yoga mats, water bottles, accessories, etc. as well!!
